Request for direct payment to subcontractors

As Al-Shahbaa Construction & Rehabilitation Co. ⁦has failed to pay its subcontractors on the Aleppo 230 kV substations rehabilitation⁩, halting the supply of transformers and high-voltage bays for the eastern substation, the National PMO proposes paying the approved amounts directly to the subcontractors from this month’s certificate, deducted from the main contractor’s dues.

We ask for direction within a week so the delay does not pass the critical threshold.
