Greetings,

With reference to contract PSA/⁦2024/003⁩, ⁦progress has fallen to 68% against 92% planned and the supply of transformers and high-voltage bays for the eastern substation has stopped⁩. This letter is formal notice of default under the contract and the contracts law.

Submit a corrective plan approved by your management within fourteen days, failing which the Authority will act as the contract allows, including withdrawing the work and completing it at your cost.
