Problem
Raqqa’s schools lack computer labs and digital learning content, and 72% of teachers have had no e-learning training.
Current state
One working lab for every nine schools, no shared learning platform and no tracking of pupils’ attainment.
Objective
An e-learning platform and computer labs in 60 schools serving 30,000 pupils, with 900 teachers trained through an accredited training partner.
Expected scope
Equipping the labs, the platform and content, teacher training in three cohorts, and measuring the effect on attainment.

Expected benefits

Productivity

900 teachers trained in e-learning

Savings

Recommendation: Put the nomination criteria and per-programme and per-body quotas in the proposal itself.
