Problem
The Authority follows the medium-term plan in the ministries and governorates through scattered sheets and paper reports, and never knows at any moment what is done and what is late.
Current state
70% of plan projects have no known progress before the quarterly report, and there are no published indicators of plan compliance by governorate.
Objective
One system that follows every plan item from approval to completion at the delivering ministry or governorate, feeding the sixth-pillar KPIs and the national indicators portal.
Expected scope
Recording plan items against the body and governorate, monthly updates from the delivering bodies, dashboards for the national steering committee and the governorate councils, and integration with the national indicators portal.
Expected benefits
Time & speed
The status of every item known within a week instead of quarterly
Productivity
A documented record of each ministry’s and governorate’s plan compliance
At the initiation gate the national steering committee made classifying the partner bodies’ data under the approved data-protection policy a condition.
Recommendation: Tie any analytics, AI or survey request to the data-governance outputs and name the data owners before evaluation.
