Warning of delay penalties

Greetings,

With reference to contract PSA/⁦2024/006 for the Hama National Hospital extension⁩, and to the supervising consultant’s ⁦September report showing the structural works 96 days behind the approved programme⁩, the Authority will apply delay penalties under the general tender conditions and the contracts law (⁦Law 51 of 2004⁩) from the next payment certificate.

Please submit a revised programme and an acceleration plan within ten days.
