Request to extend the civil-registry test environment

Greetings,

With reference to the signed link-up record connecting the Unified Government e-Services Platform to the civil registry’s identity check, the project’s ⁦test environment expires on 15 November 2026⁩, while the remaining integration work and the acceptance testing with citizen service centre staff in the governorates need more time.

⁦We therefore kindly request extending the test environment until 28 February 2027⁩. The Authority has built a local simulator to reduce its reliance on the shared environment, and the detailed test plan will follow on approval.
