This policy sets the binding rules for National project management policy across the Authority’s sectors and directorates and the bodies delivering the followed-up projects, for staff and contractors alike.

⁦2⁩. Roles & responsibilities

• Owner: approves and reviews the policy yearly
• National PMO: monitors compliance and reports
• Project managers: apply it and record exceptions

⁦3⁩. Rules

• No project moves phase without a recorded gate decision
• Status reports are due on the fifth of every month
• ⁦Lessons are recorded within 30 days of closure⁩
